Buying This Truck Was a Pleasure!!!
I must say that buying this truck was a pleasure and I'm not sure many people say that. More often than not you hear about bad experiences that people have buying a new vehicle but with your team it couldn't have gone any better.

Working with Wendy and Rodney made things so smooth. There was no pressure at all and Rodney worked out a fantastic deal. I think the whole thing took 2 hours and the moment I knew that Auburn Nissan was unlike any other was when Rodney handed me the keys to the truck and literally said "take off".

They Found the Car I Wanted!
I just want to let you know that Jozeffa and I were very pleased with our car-buying experience at Auburn Nissan. Jay and Wendy treated us well. Wendy, in particular, helped us through the process with extreme care and patience. It was nice of your dealership to find the car I wanted, and at no additonal cost. Also, Randy took care of the financial end so that we were in and out in about half an hour. (It used to take forever to get through the financial paperwork.) We appreciate that all the paperwork was ready to go when we showed up on Tuesday night. I also appreciate that you were able to get us a better interest rate!

The Best Auto Purchasing Experience I've Ever Had...

I met John Uribe on Saturday, June 20, 2005 for the first time. The next day John had my new 2005 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab 4x4 washed and ready for me to take home. There was not a white one on their lot, so John hunted around until he found one. John is a very personable man and at no time did I feel I was being pressured into buying a vehicle I really didn't want. I consider him to be a friend. I know I could call on him at anytime and if he could help me he would without batting an eye. I have kept my dealership experiences to a minimum. I keep my vehicles for years and I wanted this one to be a very reliable one. I absolutely adore my crew cab.

I remember last October when I was looking forward to a weeks vacation in Incline Village. For some reason, my 4x4 wouldn't engage...the service dept. (the best) discovered some relays weren't working. I was leaving on a Saturday and the parts wouldn't be there until the following Tuesday. I told them I would just pick up the truck and take my chances with the weather. When I got there I was in for a very big surprise...Michael (GM) and the service crew had exchanged the relays with another vehicle and so I was able to be on my way...and the Service Dept. had even WASHED it for me!!!!!!!!!

That is the way I have ALWAYS been treated at Auburn Nissan. All of the employees really do care about taking care of their customers...past and present. I think the dealership was a little surprised when I sent them some flowers...I just wanted all of them to know (especially John) that I really did appreciate everything they have done for me. I wish everyone there continued success.

People Who Make A Real Difference! Fantastic Sales
I had done my research online and I had visited another dealership in Folsom. Where they had a $10,000 mark up on the Z350 ROADSTER CONVERTIBLE. Dan Gray, "internet guru" had phoned me, after my inquiry. Dan's calm relaxed style allowed me to make my points and present my offer.

We were able to put together an outstanding "deal". Thanks to Michael's

excellent assistance. My NEW Pikes Peak White with a Navy Top 350Z ROADSTER CONVERTIBLE "Classy Lady", awaits SPRING. Now don't get all jazzed up about the Automalls, I did much better right here in AUBURN.
